- TFT FDec 30, 20252.0This Jamba Juice location went straight downhill. Literally the only good thing about it is Noah. I went in this AM (12/30/2025, 6:58am). I know that seems specific. I didn’t realize it was 6:58 am when the store opens at 7 am. The doors were unlocked so I went inside. One of the two employees working (young female, looks mixed), not sure of her name because of course she never wears a name tag, but given her poor customer services, I wouldn’t wear one either. She turned around because even though the door was unlocked, I caught her off guard. She tells me “um we aren’t open” then she grabs her phone…checks the time. Literally two minutes. I come into this Jamba at least twice weekly. She actually made my surfrider for me before but it tasted like straight ice. So instead of her helping me, she is giving me a look like I need to leave the store because there are two minutes until they open. So I leave. Clearly, I wasn’t welcome. This store also has a habit of not being open when you come. In the last three months, I can say there are have been three (3) separate instances that this store wasn’t open – and here this day, I cant get my smoothie because it’s two minutes before? Or at least order it make it, then pay at 7:01am? If you don’t want people there, then why unlock the door? And why act like that was a problem when clearly you dont run the store perfect in the first place. There is another person that works there besides Noah that’s cool but I cannot remember her name. The two light skinned chicks in there today – pass…they are poor representatives of Jamba and should maybe consider another spot.

Not everyone who is in or passes through Hillcrest is gay. Drawing flowers on the lid of the cup may be cute to others but not me. Look at it from a straight person's point of view. What are they trying to insinuate by drawing flowers? You trying to insinuate im gay and like flowers, and roses and girly stuff?? 🤣 Sorry but no. I like beer, sports, women, getting my hands dirty on cars etc..man stuff.. Shouldn't draw flowers may be cute to others but every person is different and every person may take it a different way. Took that lid off and threw it away right in front of them. God bless all.
