The secret crunch on the inside of the spring rolls... Very unexpected. The twin cities SE Asian communities need to adopt some of these ideas. I wish I was staying longer so I could try more. Hats off to you. Highly recommended.

Live near DC and have visited Hawaii several times recently and was impressed with the San Diego take on pho takeout. Northern VA drowns you in plastic containers with takeout and Hawaii has giant spring roll portions. This restaurant put all the essentials in a bowl, toppings in a bag, and broth in a container you could reheat when you got home - easy to reassemble. Spring roll was right for one person and reasonably priced.
