The fries are great Cajun style and the shakes are unbelievable. I had strawberry with oreo, and it was the best strawberry shake I've ever had. It was made with fresh strawberries right in front of me. We also tried chocolate peanut butter, which was equally good. Shoutout to Mario, he was super helpful getting us acquainted with the menu, and helped us get the most for our money. Super cheerful and friendly as well.

When I asked them to correct it, they accidentally switched my daughter’s burger instead. After several minutes of back‑and‑forth — and even a manager stepping in — the order was finally fixed on the screen. Unfortunately, the burger still came out with raw onions. Rather than remaking it, staff handed my wife a to‑go container of grilled onions and left her to pick off the raw ones herself. For a place built on simple, customizable burgers, that kind of order accuracy and customer service really missed the mark.
