The dishes here truly capture authentic Mexican flavor. We ordered the pozole, and although the hominy could use a bit more of that chewy consistency you find back home, the taste was rich and traditional. The tampiqueña was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and satisfying. The nopal salad could use just a touch more Mexican spice, but overall everything was very good. The service was outstanding, friendly, and attentive. And a special mention goes to the agua de horchata, an absolute delight.
