I said o k and expected it to be prioritized and ready in a few minutes. I ended up waiting close to 30 minutes because they had no sense of urgency to prioritize what should have already been done. I was offered a drink while waiting but already had one.So I asked for a $5 gift card, and they told me that they do not have that which is a lie. They sell gift cards and if that amount was too low they could have given me more. I would never come back here.
