I am only taking time to make this review because I asked for a bathroom key to handle an emergency and immediately after another customer came and asked for it the person behind the counter offered the only key to the customer that interrupted my transaction. if 0 stars was an option id give that. yea im mad but I was done dirty here and will never return to ANY Einstein Bagel again, plenty of other places to pay way too much for an awful "dark roast" coffee
