It was well past 20 when I asked for a refund and was told I should just wait because there is no manager to give me a refund and it will be quicker to wait. I can’t cancel in the app and Einsteins has no phone number to reach out to corporate. I didn’t get my food and they kept my money, which is consumer fraud.

To top it off at this location in particular they have about 3 employees in the early morning shift i place my order , come in and still wait past the 20 min prior making order. They somehow do notice me waiting and help me get my food ready. The whole point of making an online order is to PREVENT waiting in person to "save time". If a 20 minute Window is given I'm assuming that is the max wait time in a worst case scenario. It seems they always have order ready 20 or more after placing order. That's a terrible business idea.
