To top it off at this location in particular they have about 3 employees in the early morning shift i place my order , come in and still wait past the 20 min prior making order. They somehow do notice me waiting and help me get my food ready. The whole point of making an online order is to PREVENT waiting in person to "save time". If a 20 minute Window is given I'm assuming that is the max wait time in a worst case scenario. It seems they always have order ready 20 or more after placing order. That's a terrible business idea.
