The girls who made my coffee get a good job but , there was an older lady working there that seemed completely clueless about anything, anyway I just wanted my 6 plain donuts and I ended up with three stale bagels and two round plain donuts. We will continue to go there but we will never use the online pick up again.
- ABAdam BerenatoNov 1, 20253.0When you ask for less ice at this Dunkin they don’t give you more liquid, they just give you a cup more empty…this is what they give you for a $7 drink, 1/3 of the cup empty. Can you imagine asking for no ice?! SMDH
- JMJack MorenoOct 25, 20254.0This Dunkin's is adjacent to the SDSU Campus on Montezuma Dr. It shares a space with Jimmy Johnson Sandwiches. I had a medium drip coffee and a turkey sausage breakfast sandwich on an English Muffin. The coffee was good. It was a little bitter at first, but then it settled down and was much smoother to drink. I had it hot. The turkey sausage breakfast sandwich was good, too. The breakfast sandwich was better than I thought it was going to be. The turkey sausage was savory and tasty. The cheese was well melted, the egg well cooked, and the English muffin well toasted. I did not get any doughnuts on this trip, but perhaps next time. The service was friendly and helpful. Everything is packaged to go. They do have a small wall table with about three chairs inside.
- TTTommyOct 21, 20253.0Their donuts haven't changed since the last time I visited a Dunkin donuts. In the 1980s they tried in Ca. and failed. Because their donuts are not very good. They should drop "donuts" From their name.
- GSGigi SalazarSep 30, 20255.0Been here a few times already with nothing but great review of service! I went in this morning to get my free med coffee for National Coffee Day. I was waiting a little longer than I would’ve liked since I was the only person in line but I saw the 4 employees scrambling with mobile orders so I understood they were pretty stressed. One of the workers saw me waiting with my QR code and she rung me up. I wanted a Dunkalatte but she told me they only give out simple hot or iced coffees for the NCD deal. But she told me she could add coffee milk in my drink for just 50 cents more. I was so happy! She even gave me a Large because of the wait. I could tell she was a bit overwhelmed from all the mobile orders but she still gave amazing service :)
