  Do you guys have new employees or something? Idk what’s been going on lately but there’s been so many mistakes recently. Ordered my usual mobile order that always is less ice and the cup came a quarter empty? WTH

  I ordered online and the gas browns were still hard and uncooked, grilled cheese still uncooked, didn’t get half my order, the only things that was ok was the coffee

  They gave me the wrong donut - i ordered two different ones and received two of the same type. I really don’t mind about the donut but it was the interaction afterward that put me off. When I kindly let them know they gave me the wrong donut, the young worker was extremely rude and snarky. I didn’t say thank you or anything because I’m being disrespected for no reason. Then, as I left the store, another said ‘have a nice day’ I said you too and my boyfriend behind me said she ‘gave me a dirty look’. I just don’t understand why I’m being treated like some weird kid or someone who is being talked about and disrespected when I go to a… Dunkin’ Donuts! I find it so embarassing when customers become regulars at places and then are disrespectful to the workers they will have to see multiple times again. So why these WORKERS did it to me, I’m not sure. This isn’t high school it’s your job. I was nice to you and you weren’t. I have worked in the restaurant industry and you two are the people who give us all a bed rep. I come here regularly and I’m disappointed that I’ll be face to face with people like this again who don’t know how to handle themselves properly. Also, if the item someone ordered isn’t available, before giving a substitute, I would assume you should ASK them if they want something else instead of just taking my money and choosing for me. Please, learn how to handle yourselves properly before you work face to face with people. You get paid to act like a teenage girl.

  I did an online order on Sunday January 4 2026 at 1:30 or 2:00 PM. The girls who made my coffee get a good job but , there was an older lady working there that seemed completely clueless about anything, anyway I just wanted my 6 plain donuts and I ended up with three stale bagels and two round plain donuts. We will continue to go there but we will never use the online pick up again.
