  It was my first time coming to Dunkin. With that being said, I will never EVER return unless something is done about the staff. One woman in particular was mean, verbally abusive and just terrible to not only the other employees, but also to customers. I even heard her say that "She's always right, the customers are wrong" despicable behavior considering that she is in a customer service position, possibly a manager although she had no name tag on so who knows. ( a short, very overweight, latina woman) This woman treated everyone as if they were a burden. The vibe was very toxic to witness and made not only the other employees uncomfortable, but the customers as well. People in customer service are supposed to be pleasant and helpful. Donuts are supposed to make people smile. She made it feel very unwelcoming. A few people left without ordering, I was one of them. I read all the other reviews and there is no way this was an isolated incident. I will be calling corporate as well to file a formal complaint about this person. There needs to be some accountability. Nobody wants to go eat than watch people be verbally assaulted while doing so, than witness other employees get worse abuse. This woman is a ticking time bomb. Not a good look for your business. FIRE HER IF YOU WANT YOUR LOCATION TO STAY OPEN!!! That's how bad it was. Hopefully you will take this matter seriously, I'd like to come back to this location because it's so close to my work, but this woman is a monster!! I bet if you talked to all the other employees at this location, they'd agree.

  When you get in, you gonna stand in front of the register for at least 8 minutes, nobody is gonna say “hey welcome in, or at least “thanks for waiting I’ll be right back with you” I stood near the register for like 8 minutes and all the workers looking at me up and down and say nothing, I was the only customer inside the store btw, imagine I had my uniform on(Service member). So I think more training is needed to the workers.

  For service I would like to leave zero stars but that'snot an option. The workers have no customer service skills at all. I waited about 6mins standing at the counter wanting to order donuts and neither of the 2 workers said anything to me but they pretended to be busy. Finally, someone came from the back room to help me. The restaurant and kitchen are dirty and the donuts were stale and not tasty. I'll never go there again.

  Honestly. Go through the drive through, they seem to take better care of you. Went in this time and girl was so so so slow and had her blue tooth phone on clearly talking to a friend on her phone while going at snail speed to complete orders. Took me about 8 mins for one iced coffee. On top of it all, lo and behold she got my order WRONG too, what a surpise seeing as she was more focused on her phonecall. Figure management would want to know to maybe get their staff to do their job right. Kinda tired of this kind of service everywhere. I also own a business, and if my staff doesn't do what they are hired to do, customers have every right to give their feedback, especially if staff can't get a simple iced coffee right.

  Just had to tell this guy my order 4 times, then he forgot to make one of the drinks. Still took forever to make that drink and then he was rude about it.
