I waited 15-20 minutes patiently in line with nobody in front of me and when I asked if someone could help me a lady by the name of May asked if I would be paying with cash or card I said card and she said I could use the machine. I said I would prefer to be assisted because I had a hard time with the machine. She said they were busy and I would need to wait. Her attitude towards me was extremely difficult for me to process as I was with my children and I already suffer from depression and anxiety. After waiting about 5 more minutes and assuring her I would be waiting for someone’s assistance she said that she would not serve me because I was rude but what I experienced was her talking back to me with a harsh attitude while all I was trying to do was call them out on how they couldn’t even acknowledge me in the store and how she was being unprofessional, she continued to ask me if I ever worked in fast food and I said yes. I can tell the women was stressed and not happy to be there with the piling up orders and when I pulled my phone out and took a picture of her she went from being like whatever to having the friendliest smile, acting real condescending. Worst experience of my life with customer service. Did I mention I’m 5 months pregnant, this makes me feel like crying but I have to be strong in front of my children, I am so upset I couldn’t be helped or appreciated as a paying customer and turned away like trash. The other two employees refused to step in or assist, nobody cared.
