- AMalec matheson5 days ago1.0I had to wait about 15 minutes in the drive-through line for a small drink, I did a mobile order and I waited about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, there was plenty of employees walking back back-and-forth, and they also gave me the wrong size lid for my drink.

Other places have lost customer service and this young man has brought that back. Great Coffee and a donut in the mornings is the only way to start your day!!

I didn’t get a receipt, so I’m not sure if there’s a survey system, but I still wanted to shout this out. I came through the drive-thru around 2:00 PM on February 18th, and the girl who helped me was incredibly kind. She noticed I had a plushie that looked like a dog and immediately offered a pup cup, which was such a thoughtful and fun gesture. It really showed that she’s attentive and genuinely cares about making customers’ days better. We had a really nice, light conversation, and she also helped me decide on a drink, which I appreciated a lot. Overall, her energy and customer service made the whole experience stand out. Just wanted to give her recognition—she definitely made my day better!
