- KDKai DengNov 15, 20251.0Extremely unhappy for the staff member (Chloe Miller) at store: I don't feel being treated with respect. I ordered the "carry to car" service. I followed instruction by sending message when I arrived store and waited in the parking lot, and got confirmation that a store member will be right out. But I waited for 5 minutes, and no one came. I parked the car and entered the door, Chloe was right there, not busy, talking in her cell phone. (not business related). I asked that why isn't anyone carrying out the pizza. She said that I have to check in the app when I got here. Then I showed her the message confirmation in my phone, she completely ignored that and insisted that I need to check in the app. I was disappointed and carried the pizza away. As soon as I was out of the door, she slammed the door behind me. This is terribly disrespectful.

Instead of prioritizing the mixup on their part and redelivering my food right away the guy said it would take 2 hours for me to get the correct order. I used to work at dominos and other fast food places and we always prioritize mixups over any other new order. I LOVE dominos but unfortunately you won’t be getting my business again. He is refunding my whole order.

When I arrived and asked for delivery fees and tip to be deducted, the manager, Jocelyn, got irritated and raised my total to $156, claiming my discount only applied to deliveries. Frustrated by her lack of professionalism and the sudden price hike due to their staffing issue, I left without my order. Very disappointing - Domino's needs to improve their customer service and policy clarity.
