I put my phone down and miss a call from the store trying to confirm my order-- that's never happened. So I call back 2 minutes later only to be told they canceled my order since I didn't answer the phone. He tried to tell me it's because they get prank calls or wrong orders. How could it possibly be a prank call if I online ordered? Also *I* chose the location to pick up from online, I had to confirm that's the location I wanted. The whole exchange was unprofessional.

The manager, who ever works at closing on Tuesdays hung up in my face. It was closing so I didn't expect new pizzas but at least hear me and refund me. Now 50 bucks out and hungry I'm pissed. 800 number it is. Trash customer service. Trash Pizza. Dominoes.
