This Domino’s at 2015 Garnet Ave managed to turn a simple garlic crust pizza into one of the most ridiculous customer service disasters I’ve ever seen. I ordered garlic crust. What I got was a crust so plain it could’ve come out of a hospital cafeteria. Not one speck of garlic. Not a flake. Not even the memory of garlic. When I called the store, Manager Jeff doubled down and insisted it had garlic. I’m not sure what universe he was looking at, but it definitely wasn’t the pizza sitting in front of me. Instead of fixing their mistake or offering a refund like any halfway competent business, he offered me a garlic dipping sauce. A dipping sauce. To replace a whole crust I paid extra for. That’s like forgetting someone’s burger and offering them a ketchup packet. This place doesn’t just make mistakes — they deny reality, refuse responsibility, and treat customers like they won’t notice. The bar is low for fast food, but somehow this store managed to limbo under it. If you enjoy wrong orders, gaslighting, and being offered condiments as compensation, this is your spot. If you prefer getting what you actually paid for, avoid this location like it’s an unbaked doughball.
