  Make your special pizza the sizes you use to especially for upping the prices on them! And stop taking slices that don’t match the pizza and definitely no extra sauce or cheese that was added and charged for! Stop sending my email offers on y’all small pizzas! The math ain’t matching size and order prices. I’ll take a frozen pizza or a fresh little Caesars( they hardly have a hot n ready, and if they do it’s checked out first, I’ll wait those ten mins for a fresh one)

  UPDATE 3 days later: Still no refund for my double order. Store phone didn’t work and customer support is automated loops. If you like gambling with your money and time, order here. If you want your food delivered and real support when something goes wrong, order local until Domino’s replaces their AI bot with real customer service. _______________________________ Last night’s delivery experience was a mess because my orders were marked “delivered/completed” when they were not delivered. Order #1: Left the store at 7:03 PM. 8 min drive. ETA later showed 7:51 PM. Then it was marked completed/delivered even though nothing arrived. At 8:23 PM the driver (Susan) called saying she was “here”, which was about 30 minutes after it was marked completed and roughly 1.5hour+ after leaving the store. By then I assumed it was lost and had already reordered. She was happy taking the food back. Why did Susan press order delivered at 7:51 pm when she would not arrive till 8:23 pm? Order #2: Showed “underway” around 8:23 PM, “entering neighborhood” about 8:30 PM, and then “delivered” around 8:35 PM (driver Jesse). Same thing: no food at my door. Which is when I went to the Grocery Store and bought my own dinner. And then ~30 minutes later, at 9:03 pm, Jesse called saying they were “here with my order.” Why did Jesse press order delivered at 8:35 pm if he did not arrive till 9:03 pm? Marking orders delivered that far ahead creates total confusion and wastes the customer’s time. What made it worse: there was no reliable way to contact the store (store phone didn’t work and support is fully automated, so there is no way to talk to a human). Really disappointing. Horrible customer service. I will never order again and I recommend everyone to order from local pizza places moving forward, because there is no way to talk to a real human if you can’t find your delivered delivery.

  Easy take out especially using the app. Someone immediately gave me the pizza when I walked in. Pizza is domino’s quality

  Stephanie the lady that answers the phone should have a different job. Zero customer service and zero people skills. Mac the deliver driver was a blessing to talk to completely different than the rude lady that answers the phone.

  Horrible location. Consistently have had my food delivered to the wrong address and then sit on hold for an hour to fix it. Never ordering again.
