I went with my friend who is handicap and the place is not adapted enough for a electric wheel chair. Not right now, due to the fact that 2 of the bar areas where not open do to construction and the bar that was open was on a stage making it hard for my friend to be able to order himself a drink. Very crowded and over all no space to sit and eat. We had to sit in the front and order to go because I was told it would take at least 1 hour to get food when it had already taken us an 1 hour just to get drinks. But no hate to the cooks very good fries nice and crispy and the spices very good. My friend got the double cheese burger and I tried the chicken sandwich pretty good.

This review is for our waiter Gabriel (the girl dad) on Friday, 1/9/25 at approximately 11 p.m. When I saw him clearing a table and looking at the leftover receipt, I didn't think twice. He appeared irate, crumpled the receipt, and threw it away. When it was time to pay, I did so and left a $10 tip. He asked as to if his service was not good.Even when the drinks arrived late and he eventually forgot my drink, I said yes. When it was time for my friend to pay, the server loudly stated, "Thanks for hitting the 22% tip," obviously being petty and wanting me to hear. If you're going to rely on non-mandatory tips, consider getting a better job or improving your attitude.

Worst service I’ve ever received (or didn’t I should say). Waited to be seated for over 20 minutes, talked to multiple servers, bussers and everywhere we wanted to sit was an inconvenience to them. We just wanted to eat and got a gift card for this place for Christmas but we probably won’t even go back to use it because of the horrible service we received. At one point we just sat down because we were tired of waiting and 2 people rushed over to say we couldn’t sit there so we left.

If I could give this place a zero for service I would. I sat down hoping a waiter would come and assist me and it never happened. Mind you I was right next to people who were being serviced but they just weren't the same skin color as me if you know what I mean. It really pissed me off because we were here on Christmas eve for my stepson's birthday. Since noone would help me while I was at a table I had to go to the bar for water since I breastfeed and anyone who knows about breastfeeding understands that women have to stay hydrated and eat more calories than normal. The woman bartender was nice originally when I had my daughter with me. Then I went back to the bar a 2nd time with my stepson for more water and a mocktail and the male bartender gave me the water with an attitude and the woman made a smart comment about me getting more water and he walked away without me being able to order my drink. I took my stepson back to my husband and tried 1 last time to get my drink. The same male bartender says to me "do you have cash or card or what"? I told him I had cash and he brought me my drink and walked away. I left a $5 because my drink was $5 and he says "its $5.36 so you're trying to give me less and not give me a tip". I called him out for walking away when I tried to order my drink originally and he didn't apologize or acknowledge his bad customer service. I left another $5 and walked away. So I couldn't get service at a table then got shitty service at the bar. On top of that I needed to change my daughter and the changing table in the bathroom was broken so I had to change her in a booth. We came in town from another part of California just to celebrate my stepson's birthday in San Diego and I'd never come back here.

Me, My wife, kids, and niece decided to go to Dave And Busters on thanksgiving (11-27-25) what a big mistake, that turned out to be a very costly nightmare. As soon as we walked into the lobby we approached the Employee at the front desk and had to wait for her to get off her personal cell phone (using Instagram ) until she acknowledged us. We paid almost $200 for 3 game passes, and had a decent time as a family. The nightmare began right after we approached our 2016 Honda Pilot in the parking lot. I noticed someone broke into our vehicle by braking the door handle. When going back into Dave and Busters to report what happened they brushed me off and were no help at all. I decided to cut my losses and pay out of pocket to fix the door handle myself, however once we got back to our apartment my wife realized her keys were missing (car, mailbox, apartment) I immediately called Dave And Busters over 20 times until I was able to get through. I asked the employee if any car keys turned in. She asked me to describe the keys and I told her it had a YMCA land yard with a black Honda pilot key fob. The employee advised me something turned it, however only my Honda key. I headed straight to Dave And Busters, I spoke with the same supervisor that I had advised my car was broken into, I asked him if he could radio his employees to see who might had turned the keys in and he refused to cooperate and help out. I explained to him that things we’re adding up, first someone breaks into my car, makes it look like a forced entry, then someone turns in my wife’s key (that now does not work) I also requested if he could look at the cameras to see if my wife’s keys were taken out of her backpack while playing the VR game (since you can’t see while playing) the supervisor said no he couldn’t do that and I had to file a police report, so I called the police and they advised me to complete the process online. After getting off the phone with SDPD I made one last attempt to find the missing YMCA Land Yard with the rest of my wife’s keys, I walked around with the security guard and no luck. Since the person that illegally entered my car took out the registration from my glove box I had to rekey my apartment, and mailbox. I’m still waiting on SDPD to get back to me regarding the police report, hopefully it’s not to late and the CCT footage is still available. I took my car to a family friend who works at a Honda dealership and to rekey the driver door, reprogram both Honda key fobs is going to cost me over $600. I’m leaving this review in hopes Dave And Busters will reach out ti make things right, if not then I will be taking legal actions and take to social media.
