There was definitely no "confetti frosting blended in" as this blizzard is described and maybe 4 tiny cake pieces total at the top. The rest of the cup is just vanilla ice cream with nothing mixed in - look at the photo! Seriously, why are they skimping on the core ingredients to make a blizzard? If I wanted plain vanilla ice cream, I'd just order that. Please take this review to heart, DQ!
