We tried the tableside guacamole during our last visit, where they come to your table and mix up the guac in a GIANT molcajete - fresh and tasty. Our server was great and the entire team was attentive. Travis got us a great seat with a view (thank you!). This time we ordered the tampiquena steak which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Looking forward to our next visit.

However, I'm giving a one-star review because the restaurant automatically adds an additional 5% fee that they say is to offset rising costs. It says this in the menu and you're able to ask to have this fee removed. Another way of looking at this is that the owner wants to make 5% more profit but wants to trick people into thinking they're paying less. This feels very unethical to me. You're taking advantage of the fact that people are shy about not wanting to ask to have an optional fee removed and tricking people into thinking the prices seem cheaper than they are.

We ordered other seafood dishes instead, and everything was fresh and tasty. The service was attentive and friendly. However, one of our napkins had a lipstick stain from a previous guest. They replaced it right away, but it did take away a bit from an otherwise great experience.
