- DLDiana Lang2 days ago5.0My niece was really craving a Chipotle burrito and specially wanted to try the vinegar sauce for the first time as well so we made our way in to this location. We ordered our food and found out that they were out of the sauce, but then Hayley & Marley came to our rescue and told us that they would go in the back and check their stock. Come to find out, they did have a small batch and my niece was able to complete her experience. Hayley and Marley didn't have to go out of their way but they did anyway and it was so scene, felt and appreciated. We would have totally been fine with out the sauce, but thank you so much for making our experience there that much more special.

- ACAlexander CortezFeb 18, 20261.0This is by far one of the most unprofessional chipotle I’ve been to. First of all, anytime you go in to order every employee makes you feel like biggest burden. Store is always FILTHY, employees blasting music in the back to the point you can barely have a convo in the dining room (unpleasant rap music)—WITH the manager present and doing nothing. Food tasting like it never gets seasoned. Corporate/the district manager needs to do a serious evaluation of this place. It would ALMOST be tolerable to at minimum order to-go if the employees didn’t have the worst customer service. Not a good look especially with In N Out across the street that is the complete opposite and 10x more busy. I’ve only been here a handful of times but will now gladly drive to mission valley after the past couple experiences.
