Geschmacklich war beides okay – nichts Besonderes, aber in Ordnung. Der Laden war allerdings sehr ungepflegt. Auf dem Boden lagen Essensreste, hinter der Theke lagen Müll und Zutaten herum, und auch der Nachfüllbereich war verschmutzt. Insgesamt wirkte der ganze Store chaotisch und unsauber. Das Personal machte einen lustlosen Eindruck. Der eine Mitarbeiter war freundlich, aber die Kollegin daneben war mehr damit beschäftigt, darauf hinzuweisen, dass nicht zu viel Chicken genommen werden soll, statt sich um die offensichtliche Sauberkeit zu kümmern. Für einen ersten Besuch leider kein guter Eindruck. Sauberkeit und Organisation müssen dringend verbessert werden.
