Only one order was ever delivered, even though both Chipotle and DoorDash insisted everything had arrived. They even used the same delivery photo for both orders—no receipts visible, and clearly only one drop-off. When I tried calling the store, their automated system made it impossible to reach a human being. No one from the store or delivery team took accountability. To get food for the boys, I had to reorder everything myself, adding another hour of waiting. When the second round of food finally showed up, it was crammed into one small bag, missing multiple items, and the receipt said “1 of 1 bag” meaning the store didn’t even package the full order correctly. For a restaurant that regularly handles large online orders, this was a complete operational failure. Poor communication, poor fulfillment, and zero customer service follow-up. Chipotle at 1025 Camino de la Reina, do better.
