The center island to sit at was dirty, both trash bins overflowing, completely out of napkins and none added to my bag. The whole area next to the fountain drinks was messy, had random straw wrappers and ill supplied. There was one guy in there that left when I paid so it wasn't busy at all. Food was ok. Overall disappointing experience.

Tonight my pickup time was off by 30 minutes. I think they can update this app and make it better. You can’t count on it giving you an accurate time. So disappointing.
