Even from this Chipotle on multiple occasions. Instead they said they would charge me the $2.95 for a regular side. I was confused and asked if that changed and he said no stating the other people must have just been confused. I thought about it after the fact but I pulled up the mobile app and did a pick up order and it’s an option on their very own app. I really think at an establishment where a lot of the meat options can be spicy that it’s unfortunate that it has to be so complicated. I ended up getting a large side and no protein on my kids meal when that’s usually included. They also had half the restaurant closed off at 4 making it hard to stay and eat as most of the available tables were full.
