  Went to the restroom and I could hear El Culpable by Espinoza Paz playing in the kitchen I bet they play good jams. Sadly corporate doesn’t let them play good music in restaurant eating area.

  Food Was Great — Service Was Shockingly Poor I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle for reliable food, which made this experience especially frustrating. Brianna’s lack of attentiveness and basic customer-service awareness completely disrupted what should have been a simple, efficient dinner. Although I was clearly next in line, she skipped over me to help another customer without asking who was next — a fundamental breakdown in line management that immediately undermined trust. When it was finally my turn, I had to repeat my order multiple times because she seemed distracted and disengaged. In a fast-casual environment, accuracy and focus are non-negotiable, and both were missing here. I calmly pointed out the mistakes as they were happening, yet instead of receiving a professional acknowledgment or sincere apology, she appeared confused and unresponsive. The lack of accountability was what stood out most. This wasn’t a one-off inconvenience — it felt like a pattern of inattention that turned an otherwise enjoyable meal into a disappointing experience. I’ll be deliberately avoiding being served by her in the future, and I’d encourage others who care about efficiency and basic courtesy to be mindful as well. Chipotle sets a higher bar than what I encountered tonight.

  Recently I was having some issues with how Chipotle handles larger orders so I went to the store in Kearny Mesa, San Diego. I explained my situation to Angelo and Amelia and they took quick action to get my large lunch order filled. They didn't have to to it but they did and that is great customer care! Thank you Angelo and Amelia for packing up the lunches for us to have a great presentation and meeting. Your above and beyond action made my day better!
