- ZZZenNov 10, 20251.0I’ve been eating Chipotle for years, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The customer service at this location was terrible. The staff were rude, the portions were barely half a scoop, and they even charged me for a drink when I only asked for a cup of water. When I pointed it out, they insisted it was my fault. I only come here because it’s close to my home, but after this visit I’ll avoid this location whenever I can.

Not so any longer. Nowadays service and food quality border on what you’d expect at a prison cafeteria. The food service area is disgusting and off putting. Food all over the counter with a bad smell and worse service. I figured I’d try again, hoping for the chipotle of the past, but yet again was sadly disappointed.

This was upsetting and far below the level of service I expect from Chipotle. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers don’t have a similar experience.
