  10 people working and not 1 smile made up between all of them. Only a terrible somber manager can make that many people unhappy on a shift at a time. Extremely gloomy and unsatisfactory environment. Food was not good for price we paid.

  This might be the worst fast food establishment I’ve ever walked in to. Trash is everywhere on the tables. There’s so much cross contamination between the food. Chicken is always out with none being made in the back. No sense of management among employees. Everyone looks hungover. Should be on bar rescue

  Only giving an extra star because food tastes good. Customer service is THE WORST. They make you feel like racing ordering food. Couldn’t even finish ordering and they were already closing my bowl. They filled my plate have way through and charged me for a whole one. I asked for extra lettuce, and they just put three stripes extra. Horrible experience, definitely choose another location if you’re feeling chipotle.

  Staff used profanity in front of my children, wouldn't fill up one of my kids meals with meat without charging double, the place was empty and not a single spot to sit, Staff unwilling to fix my order, looked to be multiple health code violations including not using gloves while handling food and using unapproved containers to transport food which I will be reporting to the California Department of Public Health's Food & Drug Branch. Just overall disappointing visit to a store chain that I absolutely love visiting with my family.

  This was the worst Chipotle I have ever been to! Chipotle is always the restaurant that we go to as a family and we have never had any bad experiences, until now. We walked in and stood waiting for someone to take our order while a lady just stood there talking to all of the employees about how she hasn't gotten her break yet, even though her and everybody else saw us standing there and the lime behind us. She also swore right infront of my young kids! She took our order while she was still talking to the people in the back cutting meat. She got this order wrong... once we sat down we saw. Then the supposed "manager" came out and he put half a kids meal section of meat and my husband asked if he could fill the section up and he said he would have to charge us more. My husband asked again if he could just fill up the section and wasn't asking for more. The "manager" kept arguing that he wouldn't and would have to charge us more and then just shut the container and put it to the side without adding any more meat. The guy that was standing behind us in line just left after all of thos happened. We went to sit down in the restaurant and every table was dirty so we sat outside. Went to grab some forks and grabbed the last 5 forks and there weren't any spoons and only knives. My husband then went in to correct the order they got wrong (they gave black beans instead of brown rice) and they were talking bad about us loudly in the restaurant in front of the other customers in line and sitting inside which was super disappointing for my hudband to walk into. When he told her the order was wring she said, "I can't do anything about this, it is already in the sections." My husband said, "I just need some brown rice like we ordered so can you just put some in a bowl?" She did with attitude. We were going to stay and eat, but after sitting out on the patio that had garbage all over on the patio floor, and after this horrible experience, we decided to just leave and find somewhere else to eat. We had such a horrible experience and are just baffled at what happened we wanted to let others know to find another Chipotle and not go to this one!
