The food quality is far below any other locations. Staff is rude, rushes you when there isn’t a single person in store or in line, the ice tea is never out (let alone filled), and it’s never clean. They just can’t seem to get it right…EVER. The staff couldn’t be worse ALL AROUND and based on multiple previous negative reviews, Chipotle couldn’t care less about this location’s improvement.

When we got to the end we asked for a cut lime for our tacos and she said no because “it’s a safety hazard” . Idk how giving a grown man a lime is a safety hazard. They put it in waters, beers, give them out at restaurants, etc. but somehow it’s a safety hazard? Like I’m going to squirt it in my eye, and the place was dirty, mind you it’s 6pm with a full staff, take out the trash and wipe down counters so we can eat our limeless meal
