    Food is good. Service Mid. Floors sticky. Food all over all the seats, tables & floors. Probally should have different flooring that is more sanitary for a dine-in food establishment. When ordering togo, check your order. 50/50 order is made right with all of the correct ingredients and if you order sauces on the side, definitely double check.

    I had a disappointing experience at CAVA today. I ordered the shawarma chicken, and while they told us it would take about 20 minutes since they were out (which was fine), no one ever let us know when it was ready, we had to find out ourselves. When it came time to make my shawarma pita, I said I didn’t want tomatoes or pickles. The lady making my meal told me to “tell the people at the veggie station,” so I said “oh, alright.” But before I could even say anything else, she added tomatoes anyway. When I reminded her, she barely removed them and started complaining, saying she wasn’t going to remake it and that I needed to ask next time, even though she moved too fast for me to respond in the first place. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The food itself was fine, but the service and attitude made the whole experience really disappointing

    i love coming to cava every time i come here they have the best customer service the food is so fresh and so good. their facility is never dirty it’s a nice clean welcoming environment would definitely recommend trying cava if you haven’t already
