  Went in on Friday night about 930 pm. The sign on the door states 1030a-1030p. When we arrived the store was mostly shut down. They told everyone they were out if rice hoping they would leave. The small amount of products they did have out were at the bottom and it was quite obvious. They were scrubbing the grill down as it was pulled far away from the wall, so they clearly had no intention of making more food. All that was missing was plastic wrap to close down, or wash the empty pans. It was quite disappointing to see this. Over 75% of the chairs were up. They had started with the ones against the windows and had all of them up aside from the seated tables up before we left. Had we wanted to stay to eat, it would have been impossible. They were obviously ready to leave and were making it as uncomfortable as possible for people to come in and order. If you want to shut the store down at 930pm, just change the sign. It was quite disappointing to see this happening so early on a Friday night during a the school district's week long break.

  Kianna was extremely nice and welcoming ! First time going to Cava was not sure what to get and she helped me out so much I’m a bit picky so thanks to her for being super patient with me, her customer service is on point! Definitely will be back. Kudos to Kianna ! Thanks for my making my first time a great experience! Nothing compared to chipotle!😊

  Amazing!! I cannot express how much I am thankful for my experience today because the food was delicious and the workers were splendid. I am so happy that this time they actually had rice because last time they did not but it’s better now so I appreciate it that they had rice in stock.

  They prepped my friends bowl, then pretended like we were invisible. Saw one worker sweeping while we were waiting to pay. Another worker was literally just standing next to the counter. And the third worker was restocking. There was zero line of people. The workers chose to do their busy work instead of finishing taking care of their customers. I work in the food industry, it takes 5-10 seconds to check a customer out. That was my first time at cava, and my last.

  Loud inside and we were given avocado that even the employee couldn't cut because it was so hard. She went through 6 avocados that weren't ripe and two of our salads had the inedible avocado on it. There were 3 of us with different dishes. They were all good minus the avocado incident. I couldn't believe it was over $50 to get 2 salads and pita chips and a drink. I thought that was quite costly for bowls of salad
