So I went there with my family. There was nothing authentic lahori there. The fish was fine. They didn’t have regular tea and in Lahore that’s authentic not the masala tea. The chicken tikka roll was a burrito, bland and in green wrap. Smash burger was so bland. Bottom line, there’s no such thing as lahori there neither food nor the taste.

I visited this restaurant in January 2026. The food was below average. The malai tikka and chicken handi were extremely mild and lacked spice, and the biryani had virtually no masala.
I am giving a low rating due to the service and pricing practices. Despite being a small, self-serve restaurant where customers are required to order at the counter, an 18% service charge was automatically added to the bill. While the staff brought the food to the table, this level of service does not justify such a high charge. This feels unreasonable and unfair to customers.

This restaurant is NOT authentic Pakistani or Lahori food at all. It is clearly Afghan-style food, and the name is completely misleading.
We ordered Lahori fish, which smelled so bad that it was impossible to eat. When we complained, the waitress refused to acknowledge the issue and claimed it was “normal.” Only after involving the owner—who happened to be sitting at the front—did we get any response and he took it back.
The chicken tikka boti, seekh kabab, and chicken biryani were all extremely bland and tasted nothing like real Lahori food. The naan was so hard and crispy it felt like a frisbee, not naan.
Everyone working there, including the owner, was speaking Afghani, and the food matched that style—not Pakistani. We know exactly how both Pakistani and Afghan food should taste, and this was 100% Afghan. Calling this place Pakistani or Lahori is deceptive. They should change the name to something Afghan instead. Very disappointing experience. Glad we didn’t waste money ordering more.

Service was good, nice and clean with some Hindi music in the background. Loved the naan specifically the garlic and butter. They are massive. Tandoor chicken was nice and juicy. Curry was good but too much of oil and turmeric powder. Did see the biryani portion was good. Overall good experience.

THE STAFF CALLED ME A BENCHOD THINKING I DID NOT UNDERSTAND THEIR LANGUAGE. then he makes an excuse saying he was telling his staff that. whatever that word even means is a very vulgar and abuse word towards someone. That person does not deserve to work there and this place is super unprofessional. I will tell MCC and the mosque about this behavior and everyone in the muslim community to watch out.
