  Chris took forever to take my food out, management sucks and there was this one girl manager who was short and had a ponytail she had the worst attitude. Staff here sucks and the only respectable people were the greeters. I ordered 6 wings and it only came with 5 and I could barely bite into it, mind you it took 30 minutes for the drink and an hour for the food. Restaurant was basically empty so I don't know why I wasn't receiving my order. All the bad reviews are real I didnt believe them at first.

  We came here while visiting San Diego for the first time. We were seated immediately and told a waiter would be with us shortly, no one took our order until 45minutes after being seated they stated they probably forgot about us.Our drinks came after another 30minutes. After another 25 minutes they came back “oh they still haven’t brought your food”. It was horrible !

  Came here for the first time with a buddy of mine tonight; we’ve been trying the wings at a few different places recently, and figured we should check BWW off the list as neither of us had been to one in forever. Check it off the list is about all we did! Place was clean, and the waiter was kind and our food came out pretty quickly, so I have zero negative things to say about the location or staff, but the wings were just… bad. We ordered 30 bone in wings with several different sauces. As others have noted, the wings were small and very tough. They didn’t seem to do any breading before frying them, and they were DRY. The sauces were all pretty tasty, but the wings weren’t even tossed in the sauce! It looked like they ladled the sauce on after for some of the flavors, leaving many wings with very little sauce. We realized, near the end of the meal, that we were literally the only people in the building (which was packed for Thursday Night Football) eating bone in wings. Everybody else had boneless, or some other food entirely. Seemed like we were the last to have figured out that these wings are just not good :/
