  Hey, I’m not saying it’s five stars, but to be able to watch the MNF game with the audio and a good 22oz. Kolsch on tap for $4, then I am just pushing back because beer wise most bars can’t compete. I also dislike corporate America but it is Christmas.

  Bartenders...total disregard for customer service ... Zero care to do their job means zero care for the job means zero care if they lost their job???

  I ordered a drink and watched it sit on the bar for a long time. When I went up to get it, I was told the server would bring it, but the whipped cream was already melting and dripping, so I asked for a remake. Another 10 minutes passed with the same drink still sitting there untouched. When I asked for an update or a different drink, the bartenders acted annoyed, showed zero regard, and made no effort to resolve the issue. They weren’t busy and didn’t care to help. Our server eventually apologized, but the bartenders never did. We left without so much as a thank you. Disappointing service all around.

  Extremely disappointed with BWW!! I have been visiting BWW for the last 10 years and the recent two experiences at this location have been very disappointing. Firstly, when we arrived, there was no one at the entrance to seat us. Had to walk into the restaurant to find a server and asked to be seated. The restaurant was not busy at all ! May be they are under staffed. Once we got a seat, the server took about 15+ mins to take our order! When the food arrived, this is the most disappointing part-- the wings were dry & tough! Barely any meat-- mostly felt like bone and sauce ! This is the second time at this location and the wings have failed! They served carrots which were distasteful baby carrots! Overall their food and service quality has gone down significantly! Likely this will be my last visit, at least to this location!

  While the food is always good, the service is really Hit or Miss. Either we have someone who could run the entire restaurant with their eyes shut, or someone who is criminally slow, but super sweet, so it's hard to get too mad. I love this place, but it COULD BE an endurance test of ones patience.
