Service was so slow, it felt like they were short-staffed despite having 4-5 front of house employees (including an easily overwhelmed bartender) and 10-12 parties. Mozz sticks were warm; wings were cold. Wings were also bottom of the barrel. (See picture.) How do you mess up your main dish that bad? That’s literally the whole brand.

Went in for a ufc event and the atmosphere was amazing, ordered food and over an hour later nothing was there except the appetizer. Of what I ordered the 30 boneless wings took the longest and when I finally got them they gave me bone in, so that was great and the bathroom looked like it was a crime scene.

Went in for the Veterans Day deal. Got seated around 12:40-ish pm. Busy day, I get it but we didn’t get a server nor asked if we’d like water for almost 30 minutes. We let Danny know and he was very understanding of the situation and handled it very well.

It takes alot for me to post a review when I have a negative experience. I am sitting at a nearby restaurant frustrated, and fed up with the lack of customer service that seems to be spreading through every single BWW.
I am new to the city. Just started working in the area and thought id grab some dinner here for the first time considering it was BOGO Thursday.
I walked up and immediately found a single seat at the bar and sat down. I was greeted fairly quickly and ordered myself some wings and a beer which was placed at the same time. She turned around to put my order in and got me my beer.
As I waited for the food, a couple guests sitting next to me were watching the game with a drink in hand. After about 45 minutes I was still waiting for my food so I decided to read some reviews as ive had similar experiences at other BWW locations in socal and became curious. As I began to read reviews slamming the restaurant about food wait times, i heard the frustration of the guest next to me who was trying to get the attention of the bartender. She finally did and said she couldnt wait any longer and had to leave and requested her tab be closed. She said she had waited an hour and never received her food. To the bartenders credit, she offered to comp the entire tab to include drinks and apologized for the wait. The customer declined and paid for drinks and left.
After this happened another customer questioned if the wait time was true and the bartender said no. They had not waited for an hour, they had only been seated for 45 minutes total.
The customers she was talking about were there before I arrived and I never saw them order and I myself had waited 45 minutes so they mustve been there much longer.
I still sat and waited patiently for my order though and have always tried to understand staffing issues and busy days. Again, I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt regardless of what I was already experiencing. That is until I noticed a couple across from me who had arrived after me order drinks, get their drinks, order food, get their food, and began to close out their tab..
I then knew I wasnt going to get my food. I asked to simply close out and noticed the bartender taking some time to look for my order. She looked back and I thought she had remembered my food and was going to apologize but she quickly turned back around and came back with a check for only my beer.
Of all the guests at the bartop, I seemed to be the only one that was forgotten about but then I wondered if my food was just taken off the tab since I was closing out and just wasnt mentioned to avoid the issue.
Either way this is a reoccurring pattern at BWW establishments and as much as ive loved this place throughout the years im officially done with it. This location and this experience will be the reason I never step foot in a BWW again.
When the people stop caring. The brand no longer matters, and I think its time we stop caring.

WARNING!, do not go on a Sunday unless you are just wanting to drink and watch football games and have all the time on your hands to receive food. My wife and I made that mistake last Sunday going there for lunch. Having worked in restaurants years ago, it was clear the wait staff did not have assigned sections to take care of. We watch the servers bounce from one side of the restaurant to the other. When we were shown our table, I think it was just luck that a server passed by and asked.."Have you been helped yet?" He had no idea how long we were there, but we had just sat down and knew what we wanted, so we ordered. Seeing it was busy, we knew it was going to take awhile and it did. When the girl brought our food to the table (not the one who took our order) I asked if we could get extra wing sauce, and she said "Sure". She never returned. We were hungry so we just started eating, but the wings were STONE COLD. No telling how long they had been sitting in the kitchen waiting for someone to bring it to us. We said the heck with it, as it would be too long to ask to have them heated up. My wife also ordered a salad, but no fork was provided. Again we tried to catch any server working there but to no avail. I went looking for one at a nearby server station, but did not see any. Finally a server started cleaning the table next to us and I asked if we could get a fork. In a disgusting and bothered way, he said.."Give me a minute". We waited for a few minutes and still no fork. Another gentleman with an earpiece (possibly a supervisor) passed by and I asked the same question. He said sure, and disappeared. A minute later the first guy returned with the fork and said "here you go" and jetted off. After we had finished eating, the guy who initially took our order finally returned and asked.. How was everything? I just said we are ready for the check and got out of there. Clearly this place is under staffed, and poorly managed. It will be a long time before we return again, and definitely not on a weekend.
