  I went around 3:30 no one was really there empty restaurant. One other table of 2 in main dining area. My server service was ok I can tell she was waiting to get off . The food wasn’t. My burger was dry! Didn’t even come out hot. They didn’t even do the right mods. What if I was allergic to tomatoes. They forgot the pickles on my sandwich so I had to ask for some on the side. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for well over 15 yrs there was no reason this food wasn’t made with love. It wasn’t busy smh! My potato wedges also were stuck together. Come on guys clean the fryer new oil or scrape out the old bits. I was going to stay for dessert but decided not to because of this. Then I guess it was a change of shift where my original server left. I literally was saying excuse me for 2mins (by someone I thought worked there) being ignored by employees who were either on break or didn’t clock in yet. However I could’ve easily walked out restaurant without paying but that’s not in my character. Who’s managing this restaurant? Regroup your team and improve please I’ve looked through other reviews and it’s just about the same as mine. If you don’t want to waste your time & money I would reconsider coming to this location.

  Got a 20 count boneless wings and it had very little actual chicken. It was mostly breading. The sauce also wasn't evenly spread and there wasn't much of it. Bathroom floor was pretty dirty. It was an online order and said it would be ready in one hour and it was actually 1 hr 45 minutes. It was Superbowl night but I would've appreciated if they would at least have had an accurate eta so we weren't waiting for so long. The ladies at the online order tables outside were very kind but everything else was unimpressive. I wouldn't order wings from there again. And the noise was so deafening inside I could barely hear what the hostess said. All around a disappointing experience.

  Worst customer service ever . I never go seated . Restaurant empty 4 employees just cleaning and ignoring me I’m out bye ✌🏻
