Also, they didn't ask if I wanted my bagel toasted and so they smeared the cream cheese on it and wrapped it up cold without giving me the option of getting it warm and toasted. Also, I ordered a double Better Bacon Cheddar and a double Sriracha Honey Sunrise, and a French Toast Begal with double cream cheese. I did not receive the Sriracha Honey Sunrise begal, but instead I received 2 double Better Bacon Cheddar begals and the cold (untoasted) French Toast begal with the double cream cheese. It was to go so maybe they figured I wouldn't find out until it was too late to go back. The food was very good, but for almost $26 and the time it took to drive there, and how polite I was, I expect the order to be exact, and to not be asked if I want a begal toasted at a begal shop typically would mean that the begal would automatically be toasted. Ask next time, and get the order correct. I work hard for the money I spent here. You should work hard for your money and get the order and service correct.
