I don’t even really like turkey but this blew my mind. They smoked it to perfection, skin nice and tasty and the bird that I always manage to make dry and tasteless was juicy, tender and picked clean by myself and guests. I wish I could say I made the bird but it was all them. Makes sense since every time I go there, the food is delicious! Wish I had the photos to share but as soon as the cover came off, the turkey was gone. Thanks for helping us out and smoking our turkey! Will definitely be doing that again so long as the service is available. 10 out of 10!!
