- SHS HiltDec 13, 20252.0Burnt food, disappointing. My son got a plain cheeseburger and I got the French dip, both had burnt buns and char tasting, tough meat. I would say this cafe has gone downhill however I’ve been waiting for it to be to standard. I don’t think we’ve had a successful meal at this location.

More critically, shortly after consuming the meal, I experienced significant gastric distress and became very ill. I felt it necessary to share this feedback regarding both the food quality and the subsequent adverse health reaction.

We recently were turned away for our "stroller being a safety hazard" after already being seated and we were literally getting ready to order food. This was extremely upsetting as we always have our stroller with us and it's never been an issue before. We were also sitting in the same booth we always do. Seemed like the hostess was just having a bad day. I find it hard to believe and just bad business practice that you would turn away frequent customers for something so minor. Won't be returning, sorry for your loss.
