Three other people were standing outside the door where they come out for drive up. After 10 min i went upstairs and 8 ppl in customer service line. Slower than THE DMV. So I asked a girl in flowers and she called them for me. Then back down the elevator and she was finally there. Albertsons: put a phone number to call for space number you park in or fix your internet it's unacceptable. It's 2026..upgrade. all this and they had run out of Freshpet i needed. Just got some things in enticement email to pick up or deliver for free. Ha!

She complains that she has to help customers because no lanes are open. They are still closed at 8am. She is very annoyed at people purchasing alcohol and tells them they have to wait for a lane to open. She doesn't say hello or thank you if finally assisting a customer. A customer even commented that he was sorry he destroyed her day by buying something. I've heard two guards apologize for the rudeness. A customer shouldn't feel intrusive when shopping.

Idk why he started to talk to me in very broken Spanish just because I’m Mexican. He wasn’t Mexican. I didn’t really care but then his security friend started came up to us and blurting out “Tijuana, Tijuana” when she saw me . Just very odd interaction.
