There's a clear disparity in quality between dining in and using the drive-through service, with the drive-through not meeting expectations. The issues I encountered included hard tortillas, chicken that was cold and dry, rice that wasn't fully cooked, and cold corn. I believe the quality of food for drive-through should be on par with the food served to customers who dine in.
