  I ordered via doordash, and I cannot blame the doordash driver, or at least I shouldn't have to because the food in the bag is sealed. We ordered the family meal 8pcs woth rice, mac n cheese and chips & salasa, and a loco side salad with creamy cilantro dressing. When the food arrived, there was no chips and salsa, and there was no dressing. El pollo loco is not the same without salsa, and who eats a salad with no dressing? Very disappointed in my nostalgic family time meal

  Food was good and a good value. Crispy skin on the chicken and salsa roja is really good. The best part was the employees. Super friendly and dine in service was really fast. You can tell they have a great team. The manager went above and beyond. It was my first time trying El Pollo Loco and I’ll be returning to this location for sure.

  Best pollo loco chicken I've had. The seasoning of the chicken was perfect. The cooks here have great sazon. *Chef's kiss*
