  STAY AWAY !!!! - This place is a rip-off and sucks really bad -The pizza's didn't even have enough cheese for a single small pizza, let alone the extra cheese that was ordered and paid for for large pizzas - plus the toppings left a 3 inch ring of dough where there was NOTHING!!! - If you want a slice of dough with a wiff of toppings then this is the place for you - NEVER coming here again

  Must be a management/ownership problem. The customer service here is garbage. Took twice as long as originally indicated for the tracker to say it was delivered, but it wasn’t. When I called they proceeded to argue w me that it was indeed delivered. They wasted my time and took my money.

  Placed my order at 8:44pm then the tracker said it would be here by 9 then 9pm came the driver said it was delivered at 9:09 and still haven’t got my order I called multiple times kept getting hung up on placed on hold then my friend started to call them as well same the happened to her then the Driver Edgar called my wife and said it was going to be another 10 minutes after waiting over an hour for my order when they already said it was delivered and it hasn’t Called the store can’t get through to an employee or a manager very unprofessional going to go to the store in person tomorrow

  Ordered delivery twice. Each time they didn't even make the pizza until almost 1 hour after I placed my order. When calling they said it was to ensure it was hot, pizza just left. I asked why the website gives a specific timeframe for delivery and shows the driver location not moving? They said the website and ask the times don't work, corporate problem. Almost 2 hours for a pizza delivery 1 mile from my house. Customer support is calling the same people/store that is giving the problem in the first place. Absolutely unacceptable for $40 for a medium pizza drink and side that arrives hours after dinner, cold, with poor customer service. Another reason not to support these chains.

  I placed an order through the Domino’s website at 6:30 PM and received a delivery confirmation about 40 minutes later—but no pizza ever arrived. I tried calling the Point Loma location multiple times, but the phone was either busy or answered and immediately hung up on me. After nearly two hours of repeated calls, I finally reached someone who apologized and said my order had just left. By that point, I had already ordered from another restaurant because of the delay, but ended up stuck waiting nearly three hours total for food. This was an extremely frustrating experience—poor communication, inaccurate delivery updates, and no way to reach the store when there was an issue. No refund was offered or even a discount
