    I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. One employee (blonde with glasses) was extremely rude and disrespectful. He had no patience and spoke in an aggressive tone, repeatedly saying “Is there anything else you need?” in a dismissive way. At one point, I briefly placed my cup on the shelf, and he raised his voice saying “No, no, no, let me put it in there,” which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Another employee who assisted me when I asked for a cup was also not friendly. There was no greeting, no “thank you,” and no basic customer service interaction, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. On top of that, the food area and glass/shelf were visibly dirty and dusty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly, which is concerning for a food service environment. Overall, very poor customer service and cleanliness. I hope management addresses this.

    Forgot to make this review. Food was good, but the Management was rude. Bad impressions on a brand new chipotle location. We ordered a kids cheese quesadilla meal with sides of rice, beans, and chicken (Which we didn't mind being charged as a chicken quesadilla) But then the lady manager argued with us saying they gave it to us this time, and will not give it to us again. Advice: go to the chipotle on clairmont. Better customer service.

    Having 4-5 people standing behind the counter service line doing nothing while the online order team in the back is scrambling to fulfill orders for a dining room full of waiting customers, has got to be the most absurdly inefficient waste of labor I have ever seen. Not a single customer in line to place an order, but they're just sitting there when they could be helping to fulfill orders for the online and delivery customers. The managers and GM need to keep their team busy.

    gave me the SMALLEST amount of food possible the bowl wasn’t even filled half way at that point. Literally ridiculous

    Honestly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every time I come they’re out of half the ingredients and on top of that employees are rude. Just drive a little further to go to a better one trust me
