  Horrible service from older mexican woman, asked a simple question about reward on app, she would not help me figure it out and was extremely rude and dismissive.

  It’s fine. You must order in person if you want to get the full portion. Most of the time it’s fine. It’s usually consistent. I’ve ordered here probably a hundred times. One time I had to order online while standing in the store because they couldn’t use white rice from the online section and were out on the main line. Just stuff like that makes me feel like Chipotle doesn’t care. What a weird interaction.

  I visited Chipotle Mexican Grill this evening after craving a steak bowl all day, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. As a pregnant woman, I cannot consume medium-rare steak. I politely explained this to the employee preparing my food and asked if my steak could be cooked to well done. Instead of showing any understanding, she responded with a nasty attitude and told me there was nothing she could do. When I asked if she could at least check, another employee chimed in, saying they couldn’t cook it longer due to “cross contamination.” Thankfully, James, who was working the grill, overheard the conversation. He was the only employee who showed genuine understanding and professionalism. He kindly said he understood my situation and would happily cook my steak to well done. Thank you, James — you are the reason I would even consider returning. I later spoke with Savannah, the manager on duty, but she did not seem sympathetic or concerned about the situation. As a customer — especially one who is pregnant and simply trying to follow food safety guidelines — I felt dismissed and discriminated against. James demonstrated more leadership and customer care than the manager on duty. Sadly, I would rather visit another establishment than return to this location.

  Store is consistently out of items. No white rice one day, no steak the next day. When we order online, the bowls look like they’re rationing food, so we have to go in person. I’d give 3 stars if the customer service was good, but it isn’t. The girl with the long dark hair was pretty rude and I hate calling people out like that. Pick another location and you’ll get better food and service. Edit: We got home and saw our chicken quesadilla had no chicken. We went back and a nice gentleman fixed our order. Updating the rating. Thank you.

  Started off great, some nice young lady took my order I wanted white rice. She put an acceptable amount of rice like not too much not too little I was like alright. Then she handed off the bowl to some dude, I can tell by the look in his eyes he was about to ruin my day. I asked for half barbacoa and half chicken. This man proceeds to give me like 1/4 a scoop of barbacoa followed by like 6 pieces of chicken. I thought he was joking so I kinda just looked at him, a few seconds of silence later I realized he wasnt joking. It was so little barbacoa in fact that when the lady rang it up she looked at it and went “just a chicken bowl?” I was like you know what yea it is just a chicken bowl with how this guy finessed me and I paid like $10. I will admit tho the little food I did have was pretty good. Next time I’m going to McDonald’s.
