- KUKate UberellaFeb 13, 20261.0This location is dreadful. Awful. The tables are all dirty so never anywhere to sit. The food is very inconsistent, one day the guac is mild, next time it is spicy. The female employees and managers are so rude to the customers. They mix up the to go orders all the time and don’t even apologize when we have to drive all the way back to get the proper order. Then there’s usually no parking. The managers gossip about the customers in public. To add to all of this not-fun, the portions get smaller and smaller. When my boyfriend kindly asked for more of things in his bowl they said no. Honestly we are done with this place. We go to Cava now. It’s consistent and the employees are kind and polite. The tables are clean.
