For the most part, everyone is nice, but for some reason the night shift workers always seem to have a passive-aggressive attitude. I get it—they’re young and probably tired by that time—but a job is a job, and I work hard for my money just like everyone else. Tonight, I ordered my lemonade with no ice, and I could tell they scraped the bottom of the ice machine to give me a big chunk. I’ve worked fast food before and know when something is done on purpose. What makes it worse is that it was the manager who handed me the drink. If they’re willing to do things like this deliberately, imagine what else they get away with. The overall tone during night shift tends to come off as condescending when interacting with customers. I get it, but there are consequences to everything in life. Also, they tend to only want to serve deep-fried foods after a certain time. They’ll say the ice cream machine is broken or that they ran out of mac and cheese—unless you order through the app. That’s the only way you’ll be able to get those items at night. I’ve let it pass and figured out the workaround by ordering online, but otherwise you will be denied anything that isn’t fried or a soft drink after a certain time. It never fails. I’ve been coming here for years, and I’m just tired.

When I received my food, the employee read my order out loud and said it was all there packed tightly in one bag. Once home, I discovered it wasn't all there and was missing an entire meal! This is literally the 5th time that this has happened at this location.
