  The poorest customer service and the worst location ever big shame for Chick fil a to have this kind of employee ‼️ I had a very upsetting and unacceptable experience at this location. While picking up an order, I was ignored for about 15 minutes with no updates from staff. When I tried to ask about my order, one employee gestured with her hands for me to move away instead of communicating respectfully. The situation escalated when my order was placed aside and not handed to me properly. When I reached to take it, the employee forcefully grabbed it back from my hand, pushed me away from the counter, and caused physical pain in my hand that I am still dealing with. Being physically handled and treated this way is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I expect much better professionalism, respect, and safety from staff at this establishment ⛔️don’t you guys go this location people are very aggressive watch out I can’t use my right hand now

  I’ve got to give a shoutout to Chick-fil-A—every single time I go, they get my order right. It honestly feels rare these days to have that kind of consistency, but they never miss. On top of that, the prices feel fair for what you get, especially considering the quality and service. It’s one of the few places where I know exactly what to expect, and they deliver every time.

  Can't go wrong with some good chick fil a for lunch. I would always come here for my lunch. I would order takeout and wait for my order. Food always consistent and fresh. It can get busy during lunch time so if you are a on a time crunch, I would plan accordingly.

  Every time I walk into this Chick-fil-A, I’m reminded that hospitality still exists in places people often overlook. From the moment you step through the door, you’re welcomed with respect and genuine kindness. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued, and the environment reflects that same level of care. It’s clean, well kept, and often decorated with small touches like flowers on the tables, which you rarely see in a fast food restaurant. It completely breaks the typical fast food stereotype. I’ve personally approached Chick-fil-A before seeking support for the Student Veterans Association group I run at Point Loma Nazarene University, and their response says a lot about the character of the organization. They were genuinely excited to support a group of veterans working to strengthen our community. That willingness to help others shows that Chick-fil-A is more than just a restaurant. It is a place that values people, service, and community in a way that stands out.
