  $8 for a sandwich and they gave me the sandwich with NO chicken filet on it, just the bread, cheese, and pickles. Horrible!!

  I came to pick up my online order. They asked for my name and told me it was being prepared. Fifteen minutes later, they looked at me and asked what I was waiting for. I repeated the name associated with the order; they looked at me in surprise and said that no such order existed in their system. Then they ran around searching for something, and ultimately told me I would have to wait another 15 minutes. There is a complete lack of management here!

  Can't go wrong with Chik-fil-a when you're looking for food! We've been going to this location at nights and the staff are very friendly when driving thru!

  If you have dietary restrictions (allergies or celiac disease) go to a different location. Chic-Fil-A is the only "safe" fast food my son can eat at until this location. I ordered his grilled kids nuggets meal and mentioned its a gluten allergy as always. Then they said hold while I tell the kitchen the allergy protocol. Great! So I finish the order. Get to the drive-through, pay, and get the food. I usually drive after that but I parked to hand the boys the food. For the allergy protocol, they have to change gloves, and the bag is labeled separately. It’s a Chick-fil-A standard. My son's food is labeled gluten allergy, but they gave him regular nuggets. NBD so I walk inside and let them know it’s incorrect and it’s supposed to be grilled due to a gluten allergy. They take the whole bag back and swap it out, supposedly for the grilled. They do not change their gloves while bagging the new bag of food. I get back to my car give my son the fries and then I am opening the nuggets and it’s regular nuggets again with the Gluten allergy sticker. I walk inside again. They are like what’s wrong now. And I was like are you trying to kill my kid? I ordered grilled nuggets for a gluten allergy and three times now you have given me regular nuggets labeled gluten allergy. And this girl is like no I’m not trying to kill your kid. But I will have to refund you due to the price difference. And I am like i don’t care about the price. You already touched his food that he already eaten (fries) without changing gloves. I kinda threw the food down on the counter and walked out. I am never a Karen. But I was that day. I feel kind of bad, but they are trained on allergies, and this was black and white, whether they don't care, or they are incompetent.
