  Oh may! This food is soooooo good, a little pricey but you have to try it. I'm so happy to see that mission valley mall is coming back to life, it's looking amazing!

  Delicious food. Great flavors. It tasted like an expensive Chipotle. I believe Chipotle is about $12 a bowl. A Cava bowl was around 20 bucks. I don't know if it's because it's spring break, but the average age of consumers here was about 25 years old, a younger crowd. They have some outdoor tables. There's also some Astro turf nearby that had cornhole and a place for children to run about. There was probably a 10 to 15 minute wait to order but mostly because of client demand and not because of incompetent or slow staff. In fact, the staff were quite attentive compared to the average food service employee. It's been a long time since I've been in the Mission valley Mall area, but it's definitely much nicer than it was 10 or 15 years ago. There were a few eateries nearby that looked upscale along with the Nordstrom rack and other notable retailers nearby. There were a few luxury vehicles in the parking lot as well. Maybe they should start calling this area. "Fashion valley East." I would recommend eating here if you want to splurge a little.

  I absolutely am blown away by Cava! The team was quick to take my order all the way through! Start to finish i enjoyed my meal and experience!! Thank you Cava!!

  As a gym enthusiast, this is by far my favorite “go-to” place for post-workout meals. Great macros, great portions, friendly staff, and lovely energy by Paradise!

  Every time I come to this CAVA, I tell myself I’ll just wait in line instead of ordering pickup… and I never learn my lesson 😅 The pickup orders are almost always way past the estimated time. I totally understand this location gets super busy, but it’s been a consistent experience. That said, I do appreciate that they often try to make it right (I usually skip drinks, but they’ve comped one before because of the wait, which is nice). But I have to shout out 🌟Taylor🌟 — they were handling the to-go orders today and absolutely stood out. Super attentive, had great energy, and made sure to acknowledge and help everyone who came up. Also yall should add more sauce to the folks who request their sauce on the side. It’s a little container and halfway full. I tend to forget to ask for more since i want to get out of there ASAP once my to go is ready.
