  I decided to give this place another try after having a bad experience the first time and the same thing happened again. Took a while to get seated and then the table was dirty even though there was plenty of open tables and was fairly slow too. We sat down nobody greeted us or asked if we wanted a menu until almost ten minutes after that. We ordered food and the appetizers took almost 30 minutes to come out the food came out almost an hour after we had got there. Everyone there was having the same issues and staff looked slow and lazy. Will not be going back here again this place has never given me a good experience.

  They gave us the wrong order… so we called and they said they’d make us a new order and it will be ready in 10 min- we got here maybe 11 min after the call, its still not ready. No problem until we end up waiting 30+ more minutes waiting for the order. The same people helping us all had no idea when it could be ready.

  I rarely leave poor reviews but this was a comically bad restaurant experience. To the point that I feel bad for the staff. First, the good. I can't blame the servers, i think there was maybe 2 in the entire restaurant. Our server was very nice and didn't try to rush us when she was able to give us attention. She also, smartly, recommended we put our kid's food orders in when we put our drink orders in which, in hindsight, felt like a warning of what was to come. The food was what I'd expect. No real complaints. The bad. Service was SLOW. We arrived at 6:30 and didn't get our drinks for half an hour. Food didn't arrive until close to 8pm. They gave our table's sliders to another table and couldn't replace the order because there were no more sliders. They were out of some of their tap list. They were out of mango jalapeño wing sauce. They were out of Dr. Pepper. They were out of LIMES for my pacifico. While bringing our food to the table, someone from the back of the house dropped one of our wings on our friend which fell to the floor. Any one of these issues would have been forgivable. But all together it was a painful experience. I'm not even mad, I feel badly for the staff trying to keep this restaurant going when it is clearly on life support.

  I haven’t been here in a while and was surprised at the positive changes.made in the menu items/specials, service, food quality and overall experience here. Bella was our server and she did very well in helping answer questions about the specials, sauces, dry rubs and drinks. The food came out fresh and hot. People that worked here seemed genuinely happy to be there. I left a personal item behind and the woman that answered the phone was pleasant and helpful along with Steven. I will be returning for sure. Keep up the good work. You all are awesome at this location in Mission Valley.

  I came in with 5 people, I ordered what I wanted plus a size of Mac n cheese…never received it. Later on 2 people of a table of 5 got there food and they ended up finishing there food before the other three got it. And when it came out the wings were cold, my order of Mac chz never came. Our server Brooke didn’t come by until the very end of our meal. And to make it worse I had to call her down because she never came. I asked for a to go box that never came I had to remind her. I am a server and if I knew the kitchen was backed up I would have told my table and apologize for the inconvenience. But no our sever didn’t telll us anything not even that our other food was going to take long. I find it unprofessional because it was also just me and another table there. I would’ve understood if it was packed. Will not recommend.
