  Our family ate here on Tuesday, March 31. Within 48 hours six of ten people from our party were sick with a violent stomach bug. Based on timing and symptoms we are almost positive we contracted norovirus from the restaurant: “Eating in a place where food has been handled by someone with norovirus infection or the food has been in contact with contaminated water or surfaces.” PLEASE ENSURE YOUR STAFF IS NOTIFIED.

  Went in for dinner and waiting with my kids in the waiting room for awhile. Saw workers coming and going and no one acknowledged us or greeted us. I should say there was no one in the waiting room as we had just finished a movie and it was about 8pm. I was wondering why it wasn't busy..After 10 mins someone finally asked us how many in our party and took us to a booth. We have never eaten there before so I was already second guessing whether we should stay or go. Our waiter didn't tell us about specials, he seemed like we were a bother. After ordering dinner , food wasn't that great for the prices .. I expected better. Anyways took a long time to get the check and don't understand because there was no one there.Overall I really wanted to like the place but was not happy at how we were treated overall.

  We had such an amazing experience at Buca di Beppo that I felt like I had to leave a detailed review. From the moment we walked in, everything about the visit exceeded our expectations. First off, the food was phenomenal. Every single thing we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We had the baked ziti, alfredo, a side of garlic bread, and the antipasto salad, and every dish was packed with flavor. The baked ziti was rich and cheesy, the alfredo sauce was creamy and delicious, and the antipasto salad was fresh with a perfect balance of ingredients. One thing that really stood out was the portion sizes. When people say Buca di Beppo serves family-style portions, they really mean it! The servings were extremely large, easily enough to share. Honestly, the amount of food you get for the price is fantastic value. It’s rare these days to feel like you truly got more than what you paid for, but that’s exactly how we felt. Another great surprise was the extra bread service. Along with the garlic bread we ordered, they also brought out additional bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, which was a perfect start to the meal and such a nice touch. But what really made the visit memorable was our server Christine. She was absolutely amazing. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She checked on us just the right amount, made great suggestions, and helped make the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about the guests having a great time. The wait time was very short, which was another bonus, and the food came out hot and fresh. The whole meal felt like a great combination of quality food, generous portions, great service, and a fun atmosphere. It’s not often that a restaurant checks every single box, but this one did. Great food, great prices, huge portions, excellent service, and a welcoming environment. We left full, happy, and already talking about when we’re coming back. Highly recommend to anyone who loves great Italian food and generous portions. If you go, ask for Christine — she’ll make your experience even better! 🍝🥖

  We had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavor, but what really made the visit stand out was the service. Our waiter, Rudy, was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Rudy gave great recommendations and checked in at the perfect times without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to get service that genuinely makes the dining experience better, but he definitely did. We’ll absolutely be coming back and hope to be seated in Rudy’s section again!

  Came here for a family dinner after an event. We ordered a pasta plate and some pizza for the kids. Kids loved their pizza and the pasta was decent. The real notable point of the evening was our server. I think his name was Rudolfo. Very nice guy and very fast. He always seems to have everything before we asked. We had a little confusion with our drinks and he fixed it without giving us a hard time. All in all a great experience. We’ll be back I’m sure.
