I understand that you are a franchise and owned separately from the chain, but you should still honor the app rewards and preorder rewards. Or at least acknowledge that this is a bad customer experience!

After placing our order and leaving, we discovered a nail baked inside one of the bagels while driving south on Interstate 15. We immediately returned to report the issue and received a refund. Although we were offered complimentary bagels for a future visit, we declined due to serious concerns about food safety and sanitation. This incident was alarming and unacceptable. We hope proper measures are taken to prevent this from happening again.
