- NKNina KimApr 6, 20261.0My son’s birthday is around the corner and it reminded me of the horrible experience we had at this location last year when I got a cake for his birthday. I went to pick up the cake at store opening and no one was there. I called the stores number and after some calls the owner found out the employee was running late and asked me to come back at a later time. Fine, it happens. I come back later in the day to pick up and the cake I ordered is not ready. They forgot to make it. The employee says she can make it but it’ll take some time. Now, I’m already behind schedule because the store wasn’t opened when it should have been in the first place. I tell her it’s not an option and I need a cake to take right then. She tells me I can grab a same sized ready-made cake in the freezer. I ordered a baseball cake, which I believe is one of the smaller cakes in the cookies and cream flavor but the options available in the freezer are a hard no for my son’s birthday party and the cakes that might remotely work are a flavor he wouldn’t like. I pick out a cake the next size up that theme wise would work, but still disappointed it’s not a baseball cake for his baseball themed party in the flavor cookies and cream. I show the employee what I picked out and she proceeds to tell me I can’t have the cake because it’s a bigger size. I tell her it’s not by choice I’m getting this cake and it was because of their mistake. She calls the owner to ask if I can go ahead and take it but the owner says NO. She offers instead a free tub of ice cream and I can pick out a smaller sized cake. Like really? You guys made a mistake and decided in that moment to cheap out. I went ahead and took a small sized cookie dough ice cream cake that no one ended up eating because they weren’t fans of the nasty bits of dough throughout the cake. Needless to say we have never been back to order another cake or get ice cream. Seems like the owner lives in the area because she’s always posting about Baskin Robbins in the mom’s Facebook group. Sad this is how you run a business as a community member. Steer clear yall, the ice cream is not even that good. Handles ice cream is coming to Carmel mtn. Thank goodness

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
